All our services are technical and labor-based, therefore:
- Charges apply for inspection, diagnostics, and repair work performed
- Refunds are not guaranteed once work has started or completed
2. Eligibility for Refund
A refund may be considered only if:
- The service was not performed as agreed
- A billing error occurred
- Repair was not completed and no work was done
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Device is not repairable
- Customer declines repair after diagnostics
- Issue reoccurs due to new or unrelated fault
- Damage caused by misuse, liquid, or external factors after service
- Software/data-related issues after repair
4. Diagnostic Charges
- Diagnostic/inspection fees (if applicable) are non-refundable
- These charges cover time spent identifying the issue
5. Replacement Parts
- If any parts are used or installed, they are non-refundable
- Warranty (if provided) applies only under specific conditions
6. Processing Refunds
